I have not been inside the case.Last night I installed a brand new 1TB drive. If you've resolved the issue, what was your solution? Run the troubleshooter package, and hide updates to the MEI driver. Now HP just came out with this new version and the printer works, but my WD disk drive went crazy.
Finally tried the hotfix. All 3 of my 2TB drives are the "Green" drives if that helps.
