If I remember correctly, one of my problems was that setting the E207's refresh rate to 59Hz had no effect.. At work I use Win10 with dual monitors and they work perfectly without the need for super fast movement between screens. Hope that helps! Since your cursor can so easily "drift" to the next monitor, it's hard to hit the close button on maximized windows, or "snap" them to the side of the screen. So, I tried switching to VGA for my Dell, and the problem vanished entirely. I don't think I was moving windows from monitor to monitor any slower than normal. I have read other people having the same issue, something to do with wdm 1.1?
Having 2x Nvidia GPUs will not solve the problem, I have a pair of 680's and they suffer from it just as badly as a single card does. i don't use graphic intensive apps but it always occurs after sleep mode and requires a hard reboot. But that is grayed out for me! Try disabling power saving or make gpu clock a little higher.
