Dell support tells me that it is in a special format that windows cannot read. Ghost 10 is unable to access the D:\ partion to create the data recovery points. Click on it and do d recovery from there. I want to know that if i install another OS, will i be able to use the "Factory Default" option to recover it to original. ?
