Do I Have A Virus? - Hijackthis Log Inside!

I posted a HijackThis log on a techy website and hopefully they'll tell me if there's anything else I need to remove. waht should i learn? download it now and start using it instead. In "currently running processes" (Task Manager) I can see a few potentially suspect programs/processes, including "wininit.exe" and two instances of "csrss.exe". And just to beat James to it: Get a Mac.
